Skydiving is becoming one of the most enjoyable and worldwide sports. Day by day, skydiving is gaining a huge number of supporters from different countries. If you are open to an adrenaline rush and love for daredevil acts, you can surely opt for this. But to be safe while skydiving, you need to dress up with proper gear. A proper gear with all the safety precautions is most important. The complete skydiving gear packages must have all the equipment you need for safe skydiving like a parachute, AAD, etc. So, here are the products that you must have while you are skydiving.
Skydiving Parachute – Equipment of Gear Package
Skydiving without a parachute and crossing a busy highway without looking probably have the same outcome. So, the skydiving chute is the most important thing in your complete skydiving gear packages. Every gear must have two parachutes. One is for a normal basis, and another one is for emergency purposes. But, the size matters and it matters for your experience. If you are new at this thing, you might need a bigger parachute for your comfort. Again, when you gather quite a bit of experience, you can choose the sporty ones which fit your personality perfectly. Every chute comes with a container to carry it. Also, you need rigs as per the chute.
Another most important thing while skydiving is its jumpsuit. Skydiving is such a sport where you have to maintain a proper dress code for better diving. As skydiving is based on the principles of aerodynamics, you need proper clothing. And a jumpsuit is the perfect clothing to wear while skydiving. Over the years, jumpsuits have become trendy and fashionable, but nowadays, it is totally up to the owner’s choice to have it. But, different types of diving may need different types of clothing. You may also choose wingsuits for your special experience.
Skydiving AAD – Equipment of Gear Package
Many things have a failsafe. Failsafe works to rescue a particular thing if its primary safety precautions do not work properly. An AAD or Automatic Activation Device is a failsafe for you while skydiving. Every container has two parachutes – one of manual deployment and the other is in case of emergency of non-deployment of the manual chute. AAD checks the altitude and the descent speed of the person who skydives. So, after the safety mark, if the manual chute is not deployed, AAD helps to deploy the chute to secure the person from any kind of trouble.
The most important thing to do when you skydive is to deploy the parachute at the right height to avoid any injuries. And to keep an eye on the altitude level you need a skydiving altimeter. Skydiving altimeters are of two types – analog and digital. Analog altimeters are big, and you can wear it as a watch. So, it helps you to see without panicking. Even you are a beginner, this thing too big and easy to handle. But after some time, when you become a pro, you can opt for the digital one. The digital altimeter is smaller than the analog one.
When you free fall from a height of 14000 feet by tandem skydiving or 22000 feet by halo skydiving, your eyes may get affected by such a free fall. Another important thing to consider here is the descending speed of you. If you free fall at a speed of 100+ Mph your eyes can face some serious injuries, even permanent blindness. So, you must use goggles while diving from such a height. You may use different types of goggles like clear ones or the tinted ones, as per your need, and as per your style statement.
Though, many think this equipment is just for show, with no real need. But this equipment is also important to minimize the risk.
